Mosey to the pain locker to pick up Cindy and return to administration parking lot. Partner up. You and partner alternate scaling up and back down (ladder) 1-6 count of the following routines. In between each routine you both complete a lap around the administration building.

ROUND 3: Two- handed bent over row
