Tha Thang:
Partner up, Mosey to the hurt locker, grab ol’ Cindy and take her for a ride around the pond. 

Bench  1 – Partner 1 does (50) block presses, while partner 2 completes squats until P1 finishes. Switch and repeat. 

Bench 2 – Partner 1 does (50) block curls, while partner 2 completes dips until P1 finishes. Switch and repeat. 

Bench 3 – Partner 1 does (50) block OHPs, while partner 2 completes push-ups until P1 finishes. Switch and repeat. 

Bench 4 – Partner 1 does (25) man makers, while partner 2 completes Bonnie Blair’s until P1 finishes. Switch and repeat. 

***While waiting for the rest of the PAX to finish up we completed 50 Block Swings and 50 Squat

Drop Cindy on the hill nearest the tennis courts, line up for some last man up around the pond! Wide open to get the heart rate going! 

Upon completion- grab Cindy take her to the edge of the courts and play a game of penalty-full freeze tag. When tagged, the only way to “defrost” is to do (5) burpees. We followed this up with a game of "poison" once infected you were also deemed it! Lots of fun on a Wild Wednesday Morning!

Grab Cindy, and turn it up back to the AO! 

Shut it down with some Mary time – 50 Count of six inches with side to side scissors and up/down scissors, hold for a 25 count!
