Seven showed up for the Savannah Shuffle, a historical jaunt through midtown Savannah with multiple stops for some exercise, in addition to all the running. Bassinet responded to the group text call out the previous day and hard committed for the run. Upon arrival, Hamm volunteered to Q.

Matlock suggested an old fashioned mosey down to the hospital. It reminded YHC of the old days of running down waters ave with Salmonella and the gang. Stops were made at the 58th street traffic slowing circle, top of the parking deck, and the 50th street park circle. Some combination of upper, legs, core was completed at each stop. Pax ran up the middle of the parking deck, or as its known in Savannah, a hill.
Chatter was strong, Hamm was quickly winded, and the group glided down the road. Military issued PT belts were discussed. Big Brother saved the group from on coming traffic by pointing his hips at the car. The group decided "Dr. Roma" was a made up name only a Bond villain would use. Matlock attempted to have "Dr. Roma" fired from his place of work. Bassinet pushed the pace.
