Started with a Mosey to parking lot between the Elementary & Middle school. Commenced playing frogger between the 20 barrels at the entrance. Shuffling between…staying low and feeling the burn!
Started with 10 Burpees
Hit 10 burpees in the middle
Ended with 50 low squats
Mosey back to the flag. YHC was feeling tired….so we grabbed a seat on the wall…..about 6 sessions total. Add a lot of Mary along the way and we finished!
