7 warriors met in the gloom for another round of pain. YHC was still pretty sore from Trophy’s adventure race 2 days prior and would have been happier fartsacking, if not for the sake of taking the Q in honor of tonight’s pivotal game 5 for THE PENGUINS!
Warm up commenced with 24 reps for the 24th of May.

In classic dictator fashion, a vote was held. Will the Penguins advance to the next round of the playoffs? A quick show of hands was also held for how many even knew what hockey was, we are in Coastal Georgia after all so hopes were pretty low. Unanimously, everyone picked a win since I was rallying the votes.
Today’s Q: PENGUINS! 100 reps of each since the Pens are giving 100% every game. Of course some counts were modified in dictator fashion.
Each corner of building is an exercise. Go lateral between each corner since hockey players push off with their skates (alternating side stepping and karaoking)

Upon return we did a W exercise (for WIN!), x71 (in honor of my predicted game winner tonight, Evgeni Malkin)… started as “W’s” or “Dr W” but they were too miserable so at 40 switched to Windshield wipers for last 31. Honorable mention for W was “Walking rifle carry” to put Cindy to bed.
