Grab Cindy and head to turf fields

Tha Thang:
Groups of 4
3 stations and 1 runner

Place one Cindy on goal line, 30 yard line, and opposite 40 yard line

One team member starts with 60 yard sprint from opposite 40 to goal line to start the cycle – team members move from station to station via bear crawl

Round 1 – 8 minutes

Goal line – 3 way Merkins – right hand on/left hand off, both hands on, left hand on/right hand off

30 yard line – front squat with 2 pulses at bottom

Opposite 40 yard line – man makers

2 minute rest

Repeat cycle with Cindy pullovers/chest press, reverse alternating lunges, and Cindy swings. Team members move from station to station via burpee broad jump.
