Warmed up with SSH, “weed pickers” (they clap behind their backs on the count), and “rocking chairs” (I’ll have to demo that one next time we post, it’s hard to describe)
Tha Thang:
The Murph. Did it at the Pier at SSI so we had a cool view while we sweated. Finished somewhere around 28-32 min but not sure because messed up when I started my watch.

Pretty cool group of guys. They have a guy War Chicken who I believe is 69 years old! F3 Nation is pretty cool that you can post just about anywhere and have the same spirit and find men who want to get better and push one another.
