Every movement today you had to use/incorporate the lovely bricks. And since Cheddar was late he had the opportunity to use the Q block which he gladly accepted.
Disclaimer while doing Michael Phelps (with bricks). Reminder that the workout is You vs. You. You’re competing with yourself.
Since YHC has been on vacation this week and the humidity levels were just right, why not try to burn some calories. Warm-up consisted of the following with the bricks in your hands of course:
– Straight leg Freddy mercuries
– Superman stretch on your belly
– Alternating Superman lifts
– Double crunches
– Hillbilly pulses
– And some variation of Pergo’s batwing ridiculousness

YHC briefed the plan for today: 21-15-9

– ROUND 1 –
21 Nutcrackers (each leg was 0.5 reps)
21 WWII’s (neck up and downs don’t count)
21 Burpees (or blockees in Cheddar’s case)
Run a lap around the bus loop.

– ROUND 2 –
15 Nutcrackers
15 WWII’s
15 Burpees
Run down to the end of alley and back.

– ROUND 3 –
9 Nutcrackers
9 BBSUs
9 Burpees
Sprint to second light pole and back.
