Tha Thang:
Fartlek to the fields! Upon entering the turf line it up on the goal line for the following:
Forest to the sea: Bearcrawl 50 Yards, complete 15 Burpees, Fiddle Crab Walk 50 Yards. Upon completion, Mosey back to the goal line to GATA.
First & Ten: 100 yard field marked at 10 yard increments. Perform 10 Burpees, 1 Merkin (11’s) at the 10, sprint the remaining 90 yards. Recover jog back to the 20. Perform 9 Merkins, 2 Burpees, sprint the remaining 80 yards, recover jog to the 30. Repeat until all 100 yards and 11’s have been completed. Plank/core exercise until remaining PAX complete.
Flat Tire (100 yards w/Partner): Partner 1 gets into wheelbarrow and takes 4 steps then does 1 derkin. Continue this 1:4 progression until you and partner cross the goal line.
Fireman's Carry – Each partner will complete a fireman's carry for 150 yards! After all, we are fired up for Friday!
