YHC had NEW featured cones laid out in a triangle.
Each station had an exercise and then of course a little suck in between to make sure we kept the blood pumping. Each pax completed a round of 9 reps then 12, then 15 then back to 12 & 9. We finished ALL but the last round (reasons of time of course).
