Rifle carry Cindy to the far end of the pond, stopping for one minute intervals. When the one minute alarm goes off the group stops and a group member picks an ab exercise (20 count). Pick up Cindy and continue the trek.

partner up and farmers carry Cindy back to the starting point, stopping every minute for ab workout.
