The warmup was just some light stretching and a few side-straddle-hops. The work of a Tabata is really is it’s own reward.
Tha Thang:
Tabata was arranged in two (2) lines of eight (8) exercises:
Sideways line jumps Overhead Press
Tricep Extensions Lunge jumps or squat jumps
Long jumps (& run back) Incline Merkins
Squats Dollies or Flutter Kicks
High-Knees Curls
LBC’s American Hammers
Decline Merkins. Forward-backward line jumps
Reverse Crunch (or V-Ups) Burpees
Exercises were done eight (8) at a time, for 30 seconds with a 10-second recovery interval. After each group of 8, there was a 30 second rest, and the PAX switched to the other line. 35 minutes of total exercise.
