Four cones set up throughout the bus loop. Pax walked the bus loop while rifle-carrying a cindi above their heads and stopped at each cone.
1st cone – 20 burpees
2nd cone – 20 squats with cindi
3rd cone – 20 derkins with cindi
4th cone – 20 side straddle hops
Once the Pax complete one lap around and return back to the first cone, they turned around and reversed the lap, starting with the 4th cone back to the 1st cone, still rifle-carrying the cindi above their heads.

Prayers for Cheddar Biscuit's friend's 4 month old experiencing medical problems. Prayers for protection from tropical storm Elsa the people affected by it.
