Disclaimer while starting the soothing Pink Floyd tunes in the background. We might have attempted the following on the really crappy asphalt at The Colosseum. YHC had no problem doing these movements in the comfort of his living room.

While on all fours:
Hip circles
Shoulder/arm circles
Thread the needle

While on your 12:
Chest opener (face down, hands behind)
Cobra
Child’s pose
Runners lunge

Tha Thang:
The “DARK SIDE” escalator. While listening to various Pink Floyd tunes, perform first exercise, nur to light pole, do 20 BBS’s, run back. Perform first and second exercise, nur to light pole, 20 BBS’s, return. Rinse and repeat, repeating exercises previously performed and adding an exercise to each set, until entire circuit performed on last set. Exercises were:

D – Diamond David Lee Roth Burpees (5)
A – Alternating Shoulder Taps (15xIC)
R – Reverse Crunches (20)
K – Knerkins (Chuck Norris Merkins) (25)
S – Squats (30)
I – Imperial Walkers (35xIC)
D – Derkin N’Diya’s (25)
E – E2K (50) (25 each side)

Anybody know the real difference between BBSU’s and WWII’s? Also, we may have modified a few of the rep counts but you had to be there to appreciate them. Shoutout to F3 Cherokee for coming up with this burner!
