Wet our whistle with a little whiskey-themed workout. This was brought about by Doobies M who provided a great whiskey tasting after our adult league futbol match.
The Irish and Scots were introduced to distillation around 1000 AD from European monks. However, since they didn’t have grapes, they instead used grain mash. Pax began by making their own mash with Cindy.

Our Whiskey Rebellion was cut short as YHC ran 3 minutes late. sort of like in July 1794 when George Washington sent 13,000 troops to squash the Rebellion following a spirit tax. History was doomed to be repeated!
