YHC thought it would be prudent to take it easy today since some of us are doing the S word this weekend (right Norm?). One PAX farmer carries Cindy using the middle web (modify if necessary, but at least try) from cone 1 to cone 2. PAX drops Cindy off and runs to cone 3 to Bobby Hurley. Then PAX returns to cone 1, Bobby Hurley, and runs to pick up Cindy at cone 2 to move her to cone 3. Lastly, PAX runs to cone 1, Bobby Hurley, and runs back to cone 3 to pick up Cindy and return to cone 1. Again, farmer carry Cindy the entire time from the middle web if possible. This is the timer.
Rinse and repeat so each PAX gets an opportunity to do the farmer carry suicide. While the PAX is doing his turn at the suicide, the remaining group is doing the following exercises in cadence if it makes sense:
