Warmup was mostly stretches, since the QIC had not strapped on running shoes for any reason since the Spartan Super in Asheville the week before.
Tha Thang:
BLIMPS, and oldie in which the exercises start with those letters, in order. Originally conceived as a stacked workout (ie 5 burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, etc.), this one was more ad hoc, with the duration & reps being chosen on the spot. Four (4) sets were run.
