Went for a mosey down the street to the City Hall building to conquer the stairs. We Rocky Ran the stairs a few times. We “Merk”ed our way up the stairs. We Walk Squat Walked our way up the stairs. We attempted some column Merks that just turned into a vertical plank hold. And we Rocky Ran the stairs again for good measure before heading back home. All in all almost 4 miles covered. Some mumble chatter had and nobody got hit by oncoming traffic so, …………… Success?
