Tha Thang:
The Thang
Last man up to the McAllister playground. On the run the last man ran to the front of the line with the football. Once there threw it back to the new man at the end. Repeat until cycle is complete. Once cycle is complete, stop for an ad exercise. If ball is dropped, it is 10 burpees for everyone.

The playground Thang: half Murph
– 50 pull ups
– 100 push ups
– 150 squats
– LBCs until everyone finishes

Return to AO follow same route and procedures. Once at AO:
– 20 (4 count) X man crunches
– 20 (4 count) flutter kicks
20 (4 count) stationary bike

Thoughts and prayers for all HIMs and leaders in our community. We ask that out schools, students, teachers, administration and community are looked after and to help us see beyond the fog of negative chatter.
