Partner up, mosey to the hurt locker, grab (1) Cindy per group and prepare for a beatdown at midfield. With groups decided, groups are split out into the respectve corners for each workout as followed:
Round 1: To be completed as group (100 Reps)
Corner 1: Cindy Squats, Other member SSH for entire time
Corner 2: Cindy Curls, Other member mountain Climbers for entire time
Corner 3; OHP, Other member SSH for entire time
Corner 4: Manmakers (50), Other member mountain Climbers for entire time
*Rifle Carry from goal line to goal line, murder bunny across the field.
– Big Boi Situps at midfield until all complete.
Round 2: To be completed as group (50 Reps)
Corner 1: Kettle Bell Swings w/ CIndy, Other member SSH for entire time
Corner 2: Dips w/Cindy, Other member mountain Climbers for entire time
Corner 3: Elf on the Shelf w/Cindy, Other member SSH for entire time
Corner 4: Chest Press w/cindy, Other member mountain Climbers for entire time
*Sprint with block from corner to corner.
Once ALL complete, meet up at the goal line, split into two teams and complete the "Great Cindy Race"
– 1 block per team, each member of each group sprints the block 200 yards passing it to the next team member and the race continues until all are done! The race was down to the wire and loads of fun!
Mosey back to the hurt locker and the back to the flag!

Thankful for a strong back and the ability to work alongside like minded men better ourselves to further the mission and good works of the lord! Be the light in dark places, drowned out the fear and place your faith in the good lord!
