Capoot :
– 100 Merkins (a.k.a. – Push-Ups) – At FLAG
-800 meter Run – Leave front AO – hang a left follow the road – pass station 3 – until just before the turn to the fields to Station 1 on your left.
– 75 Merkins – Station 1
-1,200 meter Run – Continue straight from Station 1 and go around back of McAllister around playground back towards the road, Take the right towards the field and to station 2 just at entrance to parking lot
– 50 Merkins – Station 2
– 1,600 meter Run – Go the reverse direction of route to station 2 back toward station 1 onto station station 3 on your right
– 25 Merkins – Station 3
– 2,000 meter Run – From station 3 head back toward mcallister and take the left towards the fields on the road through the parking lot straight to the paved path that goes around the playground and baseball fields – follow paved path back to the AO and follow parking lot left back to the flag
