Tha Thang:
Run-Bike Partner relay.

Parrner1, starts running. Partner2, completes 10 2ct shoulder tap merkins, 20 burpees, 50 situps, then jumps on bike and catches his running partner.

Once runner is caught, biker starts running, runner does exercises and catches running partner on bike. Both partners complete 75 air squats together on Savage Island fishing pier.

Route: 4.5 miles total. Start at Fort McAllister State Park entrance, to savage island, around savage island and back to Fort McAllister fishing pier near entrance.

@sb and @minicougars were deer protection program and rode the whole route.

@trophy and @doobie beat @livewire and @freshprince in the last mile.
