The scheduled Q (@BCG), did not show so YHC warmed up the group. We did some stuff like SSH, Don Quixote, M nightclubs, etc. Disclaimer was provided.
Tha Thang:
After allowing our Q a few more minutes, YHC decided to take the PAX to the back lot for an old stand-by – the Quarter Pounder. But, YHC mistakingly (again) called it the Hamburger. Therefore, it became the “Royale with Cheese” which as everybody knows from the classic 90’s film conversation about the alternate name for the Quarter Pounder in Paris.
This American version of the workout consisted of:
5 burpees
Run to first island, do 25 Merkins
Backpedal to start, do 5 burpees
Run to second island, do 50 squats, backpedal, 5 burpees
Third island was 75 LBCs, backpedal, 5 burpees
Forth island was 100 SSH, backpedal
Top bun was another 5 burpees
Being the hungry sorts, we repeated it again, this time as a Double Royale with Cheese so we did the the same thing but stopped at each island and did the requisite exercises every time we passed an island on the way out.
