YHC had nothing planned. Just praying 2 more guys didn’t show so I could go to breakfast or back home to bed. But, the Daffin boys pulled through. Appreciate the push and assistance fellas
Joanna suggested a deck of death so deck of death it was.
We worked through the deck, performing the exercise on the card and reps associated with it, anything less than a 10 we added 10 reps to. Jokers were 20 burpees and we did a mosey after each pax worked through their stack of cards.
Thankfully the 2nd joker was the last card in the deck and unfortunately we ran out of time.
