Quarter pounder. 5 burpees, run 25 yards, 25 Merkins, run backwards to start, 5 burpees, 50 yards 50 LBC, run backwards to start, 5 burpees, 75 yards, 75 MC, 100 yards, 100 ssh. Reverse same with Mc, then lbc’s, Merkins. Then start again doing without running backwards but add burpees at each stop.
Totals = 75 burpees, 75 Merkins, 150 LBC, 225 MC, 300 SSH.
