Wanted to try out the tennis courts this Gloom, so we moseyed a bit and made our way to the courts. Plenty of light for our Dora at the Courts.
The Thang – Ande Agassi Suicide Squad
Partner routine, we had 3 today so 2 ran while one did reps, switching after each Suicide Run on the courts.
1st up – 100 hand release merkins while other 2 run suicides on the first court-7 lines total. Once the two do a full Suicide the next man is up on hand release merkins, 100 total for the group
2nd up – 200 big boys situps while other 2 run suicides to the 2nd court-7 lines total
3rd up – 300 air squats while other 2 run suicides to the 3rd court-7 lines total.
