Mosey over to the turf field with Cindy in the morning gloom!

Start at the goal line with your Cindy and we proceeded with the following workout!

Murder bunny with Cindy to the ten yard line, run to the 50 yard line and back. Murder bunny to the twenty yard line and repeat run back to Cindy. Proceed in 10 yard intervals until you reach the 50 yard line with your Cindy. Upper body workout: 100 (Chest Press), 50 (Curls), 25 (Kettle bell swings).

Rifle carry Cindy in ten yard intervals until you reach the original goal line. Proceed with 50 squats, 25 overhead Presses. If you finish before everyone else complete big boy sit-ups or x factor ab exercises.

We completed two rounds. Mosey back to the AO stopping to do 25 incline merkins.
