In the 3rd section (Lead Right) we covered 3.2 – Mutual Competence and 3.3 – Trust. Today’s lessons taught the importance of everyone on the SLT to be accelerating in their MET and to understand the overall mission of the team and to know you can trust your team because you do hard stuff together and build that bond. Next week Mr. Miyagi will have the Q as we covet sections 3.4 and 3.5.
