• Run to "T" in walking trail by pond-20-(4 count) arm circles and mericans

THE THANG
Make way to pain locker. Partner up, return to pond. Each team goes around the pond, rifle carrying and stopping at each bench. Each individual is responsible for the following total, but your partner can pick some up if needed:
• Stop 1: 10 blockies
• Stop 2: 20 OHP
• Stop 3: 30 bent over rows
• Stop 4: 40 mericans
• Stop 5: 50 curls
• Stop 6: 60 dips
Back to starting point. Alternate between LBC and big boy sit ups until everyone returns.
