Partner carry to the first light towards fields (one on each side of block. 1 block per 2 people.
20 shoulder tap push ups. partners use same brick at same time.
Partners carry Cindy to fields.
7 buddy curls 7-7 6-6 5-5 4-4 3-3 2-2 1-1. / 1-1 back up to 7.
Suicide rifle carry’s. First person rifle carry block 20 yards drop block. Sprint back. Partner sprints to block, rifle carry back. Repeat Advance 20 yards until you and partner have done the whole field.
Run stairs as a group.
7 buddy squats with Cindy. Same count as above with curls.
Partners both car
