Scott Flansburg, The human calculator, came up with a 13 month "human calendar" of 28 days each. Which could simplify a lot of issues created by the gregorian calendar. We will do 13 exercises x 28 reps. there is an additional "zero" day on new years to make the human calendar 365 days as well.
