Last man up to the turf fields.
Sprint 100 yards, each 10 yards perform alternating 10 Merkins and Squats. Karaoke 100 yards on way back stopping each 25 to alternating 25 Merkins and squats.
Ran 2 set of bleachers with 25 Bigbois/Heels to heaven in between before heading to playground for a little circuit training.
Circuit: 10 pull-ups, 20 step ups, 30 squats. Completed 3 circuits.
Mosey back to the flag for some Mary. 20 box cutters, 20 gas pumpers, and 20 cockroaches.
