Bring Cindy along to count to ten.
Start by running a lap around building. Then it's as easy as counting to 10. Do 1 of each exercise, then 2, then 3……thru 10 of each.
Round 1 – alt block merkins, thrusters, KB swings
Ran a lap around building to warm our hands back up.
Round 2 – block merkin, Blockees, goblet squat
Finish with a lap around the building.
5 minute abs 50s work 10s break between:
flutter kick, jack knife, dying cockroach, stationary bike, plank. Upper abs on fire, building the 2pack this morning.
