Shoulder carry to the turf fields
BEAR BREAKERS
Bear crawl position, alternate arms flipping Cindy 1 rotation to the 50 yard line in bear-crawl position
At 50 yard line rest Cindy and run bleachers
Riffle carry to the other end of the turf field.
25 squats with Cindy
Arm extended holding Cindy in front back to the 50 yard line.
Bear breakers back to the goal line alternating arms to flip Cindy 1 rotation.
Run bleachers
Solo shoulder carry Cindy back to circle of trust and put away.
Repeat opposite sides until opposer goal line.
Rifle carry half way, switch with partner carry other half rifle carry.
Run stairs or 100 ssh
Partner carry Cindy back to circle. Alternate half way.
Put Cindy away.
