Warm up-
20 yard high knees, butt kicks, shuffle, and karaoke
Grabbed Cindy and jogged over to the football field.
Tha Thang:
Owen Wilson turned 53 today, so we celebrated.
Exercises were….
One leg squats
Wide base squats
Elbow squats
Night caps (aka pickle pointers)
Starting at the goal line we did a set of 25 (per leg) of one leg squats then murder bunnied to the 20.
At the 20 we did 25 (each way) wide base squats and murder bunnied to the 40.
20 elbow squats and murder bunnied to the opposite 40 where we did night caps.
Repeat in 20 yard increments down and back.
After our murder bunnies we did 2 sets of calf raises for 53 second with a 53 second pause in between.
Finished with around the world group abs.
