Mosey to the hurt locker to grab our favorite cheerleaders and then onto the football field. One lap around the field sprinting the end lines to get the blood pumping.

Lined up on goal line, 50 yards of the following:
-High knees
-Butt kickers
-Side shuffle
-Karaoke
-Back pedal

Quick feet drill: Pax quick feet for 1 minute, dropping on Qs whistle.

First event is the 40 yard dash. All Pax completed 4 rounds. Fastest time went to Scotch/YHC.

Next Pax worked on vertical jumps. 25 x 3 Burpee block overs (tallest configuration). Fastest finishers Stork/YHC.

Pax performed the Shuttle runs as prescribed by the commissioner. Pax lined up on the goal line and went to the 10 yard line, then back of end zone and finished running through the goal line. Fastest finishers Chop/YHC.

We didn’t have a 225lb weight and bar, so we did Cindy press 51 reps. Fastest finisher (by a lot) Doobie.

Last event at the Combine is the broad jump. Pax performed 50 yards of Burpee long jumps. Fastest time was Doobie.

Pax split into 2 teams for a quick game. Derby was all time snapper. Winners Stork, Coffee Bean, and YHC. Stork with a pick 6. Honorable mention to Scotch for the catch of the day from a bomb by Chop!!
