Moseyed to the cage for coupons. Moved across the field with bocks lunging, then bear crawling, then murder bunnying. Stops for block press, curls and squats. Repeated presses, curls and squats at the light post. Mid workout Mary with sit-ups, flutter kicks and american hammers with blocks. Returned to cage with newly named block breakers (block swing throw) which earned their name x 2. Merkins pistols along the way and penalty burpees for blocked block. Returned the coupons and back to the flag. Ring of bear crawls with each pax announcing an exercise to be done while they bear crawled around the circle.
