Start by working together 100 forwards jump rope on your own.
Open up a can time!!!
2 cans-1. For one runner running around the loop performing exercises at each check point. 2. For the group exercising while the runner is going. Exercise u til runner returns.

Choices for runner’s can (25 reps each checkpoint)- release hand push ups, squats, Meeks, Nolan Ryan’s, carrying Cindy on shoulders, big boy crunch, imperial walkers, rifle carry, jump rope.

Choices for exercise can (until runner gets back)-jump rope, lawn mower pulls, bear breakers, Cindy curl ups, fox hole push-ups, rifle carry, double meek OHP.

100 marks as a team.
Finish jogging 2 laps as a group with exercises left in the can.
