YHC planned a fun run but modified for Hulk who didn’t Post
YHC planned some block work but more folks posted then expected so it was tome to modify on the fly to maximize the mumblechatter
It’s two days away from Christmas and what screams Christmas more than Die Hard? Thus, we did a Die Hard themed workout.
One PAX was named Hans Gruber each round and one was named John McLane. Each compete for AMRAP in 1 minute each round while all others perform same exercise. Winner chose a 30CT Mary or if Hans won – a burpee variation 10 CT
Football Run Around Between Rounds around the AO Unless Pax answer trivia correctly. Then run is modified to another activity suicides, last man up, etc. During run Q gave out random penalties for dropped balls of 5 burpees.
