YHC sent an accountability text message to the group which resulted in presumed Q for the shuffle. Despite my body composition currently being 5 percent egg nog, YHC took the challenge. Shuffles are workouts that permit great conversation. Unless you are 5 percent eggnog and Q from the back of the pack.
