Mosey to the huddle Every Pax gets assigned a #…first pax does 5 burpees while rest Mosey around the defined run zone. First Pax completes the 5 burpees the next pax does his 5, and so on. When all Pax do the burpees then meet at “Huddle” for the 1st down. After each down…repeat run until you get to 4th down.
