Title: Farmer Relay

We started with a Jog around the parking lot to get the blood moving.
Circled back up on the flag and stretched.
Wide leg stretch- middle, right, left for a 10 count.
Butterfly stretch- 10 count
Downward Dog- 10 count
Sprinter stretch- right and left- 10 count.
Jog out, grab cindy, and head to the completely lit football field.
Tha Thang:
Everything we did was from the goal line to the 50 yard line.
Everyone partners up. Starting at the goal line partner 1 takes off farmer carrying (walking) both cindys toward the 50 yard line. At the same time, Partner two takes off at a jog and must touch the 50 yard line, go back to the goal line, then advance to however far partner 1 got while farmer carrying (if getting to the 50, turn around to head back to the goal line, and repeat).
Once the partners meet each partner does 15 Kettle Swings and 15 block push ups, then you switch with Partner 1 jogging to touch both lines and partner 2 farmer carrying.
Go for as many reps/switches as possible in 20-25 minutes.
At the end, we did a bicep blast at mid field.

10 second rest at waist
10 curls OYO

COT:
Anchorman- Friend not in a good place as he is going through a divorce.
Clickit- friend's wife just lost her mother.
Trophy- parents going on a cruise and he will be traveling to Alabama, pray for safe travels.
