In celebration of the Georgia CFC Title we started with 10 burpees, single arm plank both sides, roll over rear plank, roll over 10 Diamond merks, 10IC Imperial walkers, 10 IC thru Tunnels, mosey around the dark path to the Indian burial mound where we did Bernie Sanders up and over, Bear crawl back up an over, (2X). Continued mosey, picking up Cindy on the way to Tabata station.
