Tha Thang:
Eight stations(cones) are set up in a horseshoe shape, with about 10 feet distance between cones. Each person partners up with another.
Stations:
1. 20 merkins
2. 20 squats
3. 20 lunges(10 per leg)
4. 20 WW2
5. 20 merkins
6. 20 squats
7. 20 lunges(10 per leg)
8. 20 WW2
Round 1: Partner 1 farmer carries a smaller cindi in each hand around the outside of the horseshoe from the starting point at one end to station 1 at the other end. They do an exercise then return to start. Then partner 2 does the same thing.
Round 2: Then partner 1 goes back to station 1, does the exercise then moves to station 2 does a different exercise, then goes back to start and partner 2 does the same thing.
Both partners repeat each round, adding a station and doing the exercise on each round until they reach station 8, which is the starting point.
Now, while partner 1 is running his route, partner 2 is in a plank position until partner 1 returns to the starting point and vice versa, throughout all 8 rounds. Round 6 was as far as we got.

Welcomed the FNG and now he is now respectfully known as Goober. Prayers for Sakrete's wife as she takes her 8th and final exam for her teaching license(I think I got that right). Prayers for some church members having Covid(mine and Pergo's church) and others as well.
