Mosey around track. Stopped for Derk’s, WWII, and pull-ups along the way. Picked up Cindy.
From one end of lot, run with Cindy to first crepe Myrtle and perform one blockee, return to start keeping Cindy with you at all times and perform 20 SSH. Run to 2nd crepe Myrtle and do 2 blockees, return to start and perform 20 SSH. Rinse and repeat to the end of the the crepe myrtles (7). Next one pax farmer carried cindys to set distance while rest of pax performed exercise. Pax that returned from carrying Cindy chose exercise. Squats, Merks, Flutter kicks and maybe one more that YHC cant remember.
