Tha Thang:
Started off with some 4 corners.
20 Burpees
20 Squats
20 Side lunges
20 BBSU
Mosey to the playground. Split into 2 groups and perform 10 pull-ups and hang until other Pax finish 20 step ups on the bench. Performed 2 rounds. Continued to mosey around the baseball fields stopping halfway to do 10 burpees and then fartlek the rest of the way.
