YHC led his first F3 workout on January 11, 2021. To celebrate a year of a lot of stupid workouts – We reminisced with the first workout completed at the Effingham YMCA. Had 8 different workout stations and the Farmer Carry with 2 Cindy’s for timer. Old school jams played the whole time.
