Tha Thang:
we decided to let Cindy grab an extra 40 minute in the fartsack and beat up some Pavement.

Jogging from the rec center we went up left on Timber trail, left on Live Oak, right on Cherokee to 144. Take a right there and head past Parkers to Timber where we home stretched back to the rec.

On this path there were 16 streetlights and we breaked at each one for some muscle group work.

1,3,5,7= 12 squats,12 calf raises
2,4,6,8= 12 pushups, 12 two count heel touches
9,11,13,15= 10 (each way) side squats, 10 two count x factors
10,12,14,16= 20 push ups, 25 LBC's

Little over 1.5 miles and a good amount of muscle work in there.

Cindy already looks so nice, so we didn't think to much beauty sleep was necessary.

When we got back we woke the ole girl up for a bicep blast.

Hold Cindy at Parallel for a 30 count, rest for a 20-30 count, 30 curls, rest for a 20-30 count (repeat 3X).
