In order to keep personal accountability, YHC texted the locals, claimed the Q, and told everyone it would be an old fashioned good time. While only 3 pax posted, there was good conversation and dedication to the effort. Several pax refuse monday workouts, and several were probably recovering from weekend battles against blood-thirsty pheasants and deer. While some were unable to post, there was a generous offer of a dead bird to anyone who wanted it.
In reference of the start of F3 in the Coastal Empire Region, Hamm led the group in a loop around the coop. What feels like fourscore ago, there were wild chickens that populated daffin park. They hid in the bushes around the the Daffin park pond and were most active in the early hours of the morning, could be heard clucking and scratching between in-cadence counts and occasionally reminded us about the fleeting time we have on this earth by showing up in the park dead or being eaten by a bird of prey while we crunched and merkined. This was pre-F3 industrial revolution in the Coastal Empire, long before the Pax had heard of far away lands like Pooler, or Lake Mayer.
Mosey around the park, with a stop every 200 yards or so. Total 1 mile distance. Stops were:
1. picnic tables for 2 rounds of 30 steps ups and 30 dips
2. tennis courts for a round of 4 Lt. Dan's (1squat to 4 lunge ratio), followed by a bear crawl, then 20 merkins, 20 mountain climbers, 20 merkins, and exit
3. Parking lot of the bananas stadium – 30 european style flutter kicks on top of the 4 foot wall.
4. back side of the stadium – 30 round the world lunges, followed by 2 sets of curb clock merkins 5 at 12, 3, 6, and 9.
5. Mosey to the washington ave side of the park. Stop at the street light for 30 pretzel crunches on each side (don't want to get lopsided), 3 minutes of boat canoe.
6. Mosey a bit further, – 10 burpees
7. Mosey to the pull up bar – round of 10 pull ups, which pushes the others doing squats and LBCs to the next station.
8. Mosey round to Waters Ave, then around the corner. 10 broad jumps then a mosey to the flag.

Acknowledge your own thoughts and feelings, and be present for those we love. Our families, our wives, our kids. Try to live in the moment for just a moment. Embrace the stillness.
