Large Dice were used. The number die was rolled with a multiplier of 10 for exercise and regular count for murder bunnies. Each pax rolled the dice and performed the workout then performed the corresponding number of murder bunnies. Example of sets below:
Dice read 6 and SSH – 60 Side Straddle Hops and the 6 murder Bunnies. The exercises were SSHs, Mountain Climbers, Merkins, Squats, LBCs and American Hammers. The sets and repetitions can not be recalled, but the murder bunnies were in full force. The be sure we had enough the workout ended with a 50 yd murder hop. Then mosey to put Cindy up and back to the flag for 6MOM.
